Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview : The Nurse Practitioner works as part of the provider team performing a variety

of direct patient services including assessments, diagnosis, implementation of treatments,

evaluations, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. The Nurse

Practitioner performs these functions in collaboration with a licensed physician in a primary

health care setting.
