Project Coordinator & Process Analyst Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for improving healthcare operations? We're looking for a Project Coordinator & Process Analyst to be the driving force behind smarter workflows, smoother projects, and better patient outcomes. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that span clinical, financial, and tech teams-bringing clarity to complexity and efficiency to everyday processes. From mapping out orthopedic workflows to streamlining financial systems, you'll be at the heart of innovation in outpatient care. The hours are typically, M-F 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do :

  • Coordinate and manage impactful projects from kickoff to completion
  • Analyze and optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Align SOPs across departments to ensure seamless patient and business operations
  • Champion change management and staff training for new initiatives
  • Track KPIs and report on the success of your improvements

What You Bring :

  • 5-7 years of healthcare project coordination and process analysis
  • Deep understanding of outpatient orthopedic and surgical workflows
  • Experience with AthenaPractice, Visio / Miro, Excel / Power BI
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin, Business, IT, or related field
