• Busy, collegial practice of 2 physicians and 2 APRN, 1 : 1 provider to support staff model
• Seeking additional provider due to growth / demand
• Excellent work / life balance
• 1-2 years' experience in a primary care setting required
• BC / BE Required
• 36 Patient Hours / Week, 4 admin time, four-day work week available
• 16-20ppd, APRN's have their own panels
• EMR : EPIC, AI scribe service imbedded
• Academic / Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine
• Charming village, minutes to the ocean / beaches, accessibility to New Haven metro area
• 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w / stipend
• Base Salary $120K-$148K (based on experience) , generous sign-on bonus , wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, student loan reimbursement
