Journeyman Plumber

Every visit should leave the client confident, satisfied, and ready to recommend APS to friends and family.
Duties & Responsibilities
Expertly service, repair, and provide replacement options for plumbing systems and components.
Present 3–6 options to clients to improve their health, comfort, safety, and convenience.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace (including floor savers and proper safety equipment).
Test all systems / components after work is performed.
Clearly explain all work to clients and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Complete all required paperwork (work orders, option sheets, photos, purchase orders, etc.).
Attend training meetings and skill practice sessions.
Maintain proper communication with customers, dispatch, and service manager.
Keep vehicle clean, properly stocked, and maintained.
Ask for reviews and referrals.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid technical skills with a willingness to learn and be coached.
Strong customer service mindset with ability to build trust and empathy.
Ability to train others and work as a team.
Confident problem-solving and sales abilities.
Organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Requirements
Current Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners tradesman or journeyman license.
Training Period
Ongoing training and skill development will be provided to help you succeed and grow in your role.
