Financial Clearance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Financial Clearance Team Leads and staff

Perform quality reviews of patient accounts for accuracy in accordance with policies and procedures

Provide training for new employees and monitor adherence to established procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

5-7 years of financial clearance experience in a medical practice or health care setting required

Understanding of managed care contract types and billing practices

Strong computer skills with significant experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other government assistance programs and regulations
