Radiology Technologist Job Details Location : Oregon City, OR 97045 (Oregon radiology jobs) Facility Type : Short-Term Acute Care Hospital Assignment Type : Locum Tenens Radiology Technologist contract Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 - End : 2 / 9 / 2026) Shift : Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Hours per Week : 40 Call Requirement : 2-4 days of department call per month Weekend Requirement : None Block Scheduling : Yes Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 Daily Census : 10-30 radiology exams Charting : Epic electronic health record Parking : Free on-site parking Estimated Weekly Salary : $2040 - $2090 Radiology Technologist Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) Active ARRT (R) certification required BLS certification required Oregon state radiology license (may submit with pending license) Experience with Epic charting system preferred Ability to provide clinical support to a diverse patient population : neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics Reliable vehicle required for assignment (occasional floating to nearby healthcare facilities) Two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Community hospital or acute care experience preferred Radiology Technologist Responsibilities Perform routine radiology exams and fluoroscopy procedures in the imaging department and surgical settings Operate portable x-ray and C-arm equipment for diagnostic imaging Prepare and administer contrast media as needed for radiology procedures Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EHR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, PT, Respiratory Therapy, Social Services, and Pharmacy Deliver compassionate patient care to all age groups Participate in department call rotation (2-4 days / month) Adhere to block scheduling and float policies as required by the hospital Discover the benefits of working in Oregon City - a vibrant community with riverside trails, local parks, and proximity to Portland.
