Base pay range : $187,040.00 / yr - $359,720.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Utilize algorithms to achieve a comprehensive understanding of advertisers, creators and creatives to improve the precision of match-making.
• Conduct online modeling on billion-level commercial traffic, optimizing the distribution strategy of creatives in the recommendation system and ads system.
• Develop a scientific allocation strategy for both natural and ad traffic, aimed at increasing the short-term and long-term value for both advertisers and creators.

Job Information

Compensation Description (Annually) : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187,040 - $359,720 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location and employment type. Day-one benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
