Job Title : Tool and Die / Microstamp Technician – 1st Shift

Location : Carrollton, GA

Schedule : Full-Time, 1st Shift

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die / Microstamp Technician to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in tool and die maintenance, repair, and setup for stamping operations, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities :

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot stamping dies and related tooling

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on dies, tools, and fixtures

Ensure dimensional accuracy and part quality using precision measuring instruments

Work closely with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 years of experience in tool and die or precision stamping operations

Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred

Shift :

1st Shift (Day shift hours, Monday–Friday)

Compensation :

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level
