• Satellite clinic for main hospital in Quincy, IL
• H1 Eligible - Cap exempt for H1B candidates
• Hospital employed position
• Vacation time of 4 weeks, plus 1 week for CME
• Vacation time of 6 weeks, plus 1 week for CME starting in the third year
