Job Summary

As a Service Administrator you will be executing the delivery of high-quality service administration across the CSO (Customer Service Operation) area. You will also ensure satisfaction of relevant stakeholders by providing high quality administrative services at agreed service level.

The position is based on-site in Denton Texas.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Service Administratoryou will :

  • Execute administrative activities across several areas and provide back up anywhere in the region delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders with consistent communication and high level of efficiency resulting in high level of satisfaction.
  • Execute regular and systematic collection of internal and customer data and maintain relevant databases. Based on this data you will provide relevant reporting visual management and regular communication to several stakeholders. Finally you will analyze resolve and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data collection.
  • Lead in ordering and order coordination of relevant parts tools services uniforms personal protective equipment and materials.
  • Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities within area of responsibility and according to Corporate Governance policy
  • Lead in strong collaboration between service administration and services support teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective back-up solutions.
  • Participate in the consistent application of global standards processes local and legal requirements for service support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement sharing and learn and implementation of best practices related to service support.

We believe you have

  • Associate degree or equivalent in Administration Finance Business or any related field.
  • 1 years experience in administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint) SAP and Ariba
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Fast learner willing to grow and develop.
