Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and certified CT Technologist to join our imaging team. The CT Technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CT imaging, excellent technical skills, and the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• CT Imaging : Perform accurate and high-quality CT scans using advanced imaging equipment, following established protocols and ensuring diagnostic clarity.
• Patient Care : Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns throughout the imaging process.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance : Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
• Documentation : Accurately document patient information, imaging results, and procedural details in the electronic medical record system (e.g., EPIC).
• Compliance and Safety : Adhere to safety standards, including radiation protection, infection control, and hospital regulations, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.

Valid radiologic technologist license issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).

Training : Two weeks, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, including EPIC training.
