Job descriptionConduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations Master's degree in Communication Disordersfrom an accredited program Current Colorado SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure Current Colorado Department of Education License or eligibility to obtain licensure Prior experience in a school setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team Strong organizational and time management skills Competitive compensation package Weekly pay Health benefits available 401K plan Sick leave pay We also offer fully remote teletherapy opportunities - emailto find out more!
