Hallmark is seeking a Digital Data Analytics Manager to join our team and lead the charge in transforming data into strategic insights across our eCommerce channels. This role is a key driver of performance tracking, forecasting, and storytelling- connecting the dots between consumer behavior, marketing impact, and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Insight-to-Action Initiatives : Deliver actionable insights through curiosity, iteration, and compelling storytelling that influence business decisions.
• Own eBusiness Forecasting & Reporting : Use tools like Tableau, Excel, Adobe, Power BI, and Manhattan to build forecasts and performance reports that support financial goals.
• Drive Sales Insights : Provide commercial updates with a focus on performance trends and opportunities.
• Champion A / B Testing Strategy : Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Content teams to develop and interpret impactful commercial tests. Own the storytelling and "so what" synthesis for leadership forums.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Hallmark Digital leadership and cross-functional partners to align analytics with business strategy.
