Responsibilities :

• Obtain or update necessary demographic and insurance-related information.
• Confirm insurance eligibility
• Collect and record patient payments including co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles
• Obtain applicable signatures for consent to treat and financial responsibility, along with signatures on any required forms
