My client is a global leader in AI infrastructure, delivering large-scale, high-performance computing solutions that power the next generation of AI innovation. As the business continues to expand its global operations, they are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, corporate, and real estate matters.

This is a key role for a commercially minded lawyer with a background in real estate, ideally from a firm specialising in property transactions, construction, or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will partner with leadership and business functions to advise on a broad range of legal, governance, and compliance issues as the company scales internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial and real estate contracts, including leases, property acquisitions, and construction agreements
• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to business teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage external counsel relationships and legal budgets effectively
• Assist with the group's board and governance arrangements
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company and ensure appropriate policies, frameworks, and training are in place
• Support the business with compliance, risk management, and regulatory guidance
• Deliver global legal support across time zones, collaborating with teams in North America, Australia, and other international locations
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
