Part-Time Industrial Nurse Practitioner

Location : Multiple sites in the Greater Milwaukee Area

Schedule : Minimum of 20 hours per week; hours vary based on client needs

This dynamic, hands-on role is ideal for a flexible and safety-driven clinician who thrives in fast-paced environments. All necessary protective equipment will be provided to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide onsite occupational health services across multiple industrial client locations. Responsibilities include preventive care, acute treatment, health coaching, and emergency response. You’ll work under the supervision of our Medical Director and collaborate closely with onsite clinic staff and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
• Perform physical exams, health screenings, and assessments
• Support audiograms, vaccine clinics, post-offer evaluations, biometrics, and respirator fit testing
• Provide patient education, wellness coaching, and biometric lab reviews
• Deliver acute care services including mobile x-ray interpretation, lab draws, differential diagnosis, and symptom management
