We are currently hiring a PROGRAM MANAGER to oversee the execution of IT infrastructure support for a Government customer.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN WITH ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE (WITH ABILITY TO OBTAIN TS / SCI) AND PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

Position Location :

This position is on-site in Fredericksburg, VA.

Position Description :

The Program Manager will oversee and manage the execution of a Department of Defense (DoD) contract, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements and delivering high-quality results. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of professional management experience, including at least 5 years in DoD or Navy IT Systems. The Program Manager will provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction, serve as the primary liaison between the government representative and the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), and ensure alignment with mission objectives. A strong understanding of DoD contractual processes and corporate management is essential.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience managing DoD or Navy IT Systems projects
• Deep understanding of DoD contractual processes and acquisition lifecycle
• Strong leadership and corporate management capabilities
• Ability to direct technical teams and manage cost, schedule, and performance
• Skilled in risk, issue, and opportunity management
• Effective communicator and liaison with government stakeholders
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevSecOps, and ITSM frameworks
• Experience with cybersecurity compliance and IT infrastructure operations
