Sushi Chef – Trapper's Sushi (Surprise, AZ) Pay: $18.50 - $22.75 per hour + Tips

Position Overview
The Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty items while upholding Trapper's standards for quality, presentation, and food safety. This role requires excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during high-volume service.
