Eden Home Health Care is looking to hire per diem Physical Therapists with geriatric experience. We cater to Medicare Part B services & also offer concierge care. Eden is a PT owned and operated business. We are looking to hire for the Middlesex County.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Completes all patient evaluations and develops the plan of care within guidelines
- Provides services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy
