Role Summary
The Team Alaska Airlines
The Managing Director Maintenance Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Line Maintenance, On-call Maintenance, and Maintenance Control at Alaska Airlines (AS). As a leader in the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division, this role ensures that high standards of performance are maintained in the areas of safety, compliance, cost, and quality.
This role also serves as Alaska's Director of Maintenance in accordance with FAA CFR Part 119 and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance departments to ensure safe maintenance operations and compliance with all company, FAA and governmental safety rules and regulations, including the airworthiness of all Company aircraft released from maintenance.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range : 188,650 - 311,350 / year
Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity) : 320,705 - 529,295

The pay range and total target compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, your relevant experience / level, experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska / Hawaiian / Horizon employees. Alaska / Hawaiian / Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note : We don\'t typically hire at the top of the range.
