Logistics Associate I

As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How You'll Make an Impact :
- Load and unload trucks, sort, and match inbound inventory with purchase orders.
- Stage and label completed orders accurately for put away
- Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks and reach truck.
- Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
- Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
- Completes assigned work in the standard time allowed
- Stores parts, equipment, etc. in their designated locations
- Maintain location and inventory accuracy
- Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized area using 5S principles
- Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
- Perform housekeeping tasks within area
- Perform daily fork truck inspections
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
- Wears and uses all safety equipment provided and follows all safety procedures
