$300k+ Outpatient Family Medicine - Virginia

4-Day Workweek | 12-18 Patients / Day

Position Highlights

  • Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
  • 12-18 patients / day for a manageable pace
  • Low call volume : fewer than 10 calls / month
  • Excellent support staff : 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 NPs, and front office team
  • Collaborative, patient-centered culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • $280,000+ guaranteed base salary
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • NHSC loan repayment eligible
  • Full benefits : medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, and malpractice insurance
  • CME : 5 days annually + $1,200 allowance
  • Licensing, dues, and subscriptions reimbursed

    • Qualifications

  • MD / DO , Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Virginia medical license or eligibility
  • Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures
  • Visa sponsorship available
