Job descriptionServe as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic tax and proactive solutions Lead and review tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and client acquisition Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning Manage engagement budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation 6+ years of public accounting experience 3+ years supervisory experience Active CPA or EA license required Proven ability to manage client engagements from start to finish Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel as needed

Base pay range
$125,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr
