Job description

Lake Regional is seeking a full-time BC / BE orthopedic surgeon as we continue to expand in our thriving community.

The Practice

This is an employed position with a multi-specialty group offering a competitive salary and great benefits including :

  • Call 1 : 5
  • Join our Team of 5 Orthopedic Surgeons and 4 PA's
  • EMR System - Meditech Expanse in the hospital and clinic
  • Base Salary entire length of agreement + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Base salary + RVU production bonus + Quality Incentives

  • Up to 256 hours of time off
  • 40 hours of CME (prorated)
  • CME allowance up to $5,000 per year (prorated)
  • Health and Dental Insurance
  • Long Term Disability Insurance
  • Basic Life Insurance (capped)1.5% times base salary
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Paid Missouri License, BNDD and DEA
  • Relocation - Up to $10,000 in reimbursement
