The Seasonal Retail Staff Member will work closely with our Hospitality Manager, Assistant Hospitality Managers and the rest of our exceptional team to help make the Tree House experience the best experience the industry has to offer for the 2025 holiday season. This opportunity promises an invigorating and exciting environment where good work is done so we always look for flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to other valuable traits like intent, hard work, and good communication skills.

This position is SEASONAL through January 1, 2026 and based in Charlton, MA

We look for flexibility in scheduling, with availability during peak business hours Friday through Sunday strongly preferred.

Compensation : $20.00 / hr - please note this position is not eligible to receive tips.

As a Seasonal Retail Staff Member, you will be responsible for the following :

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions with guests at Tree House
• Cans-to-go order fulfillment; receiving orders, packing orders and delivering finished orders to the guest
• Can loading and restocking, for replenishment of can table
• Greeting guests and assisting them with any questions regarding their visit at Tree House
• Cash register responsibilities
• Organizing and assisting with merchandise, including inventory counts
• Keeping all aspects of the facility clean and organized
• Other retail related tasks as needed
