We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, as well as experience in managing client relationships and leading a team. They will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns, providing strategic tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, including identifying and implementing tax-saving strategies.
• Manage client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and billing, while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other service lines within the firm to provide comprehensive client service.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking and building relationships with prospective clients.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate the impact to clients and staff.
