Job Summary
This job supports provider network growth and retention by creating compelling communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, mail, digital newsletters, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to develop and manage impactful communication materials and presentations, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment. This role is crucial for educating and engaging providers nationwide.

Required : None
Preferred : Experience in communications, marketing, or related experience; experience in project management; experience with healthcare or dental insurance provider networks and strategy, terminology, contracting, etc.; experience with graphics and file formats.
Skills
Basic graphic design & layout skills; fundamental written & verbal communication; project coordination & organizational skills; basic content creation and adaptation.
Education
Required : Bachelor's degree in business administration / management, marketing, communications, liberal arts, health policy or related field or relevant experience and / or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Pay Range
Minimum : $50,200.00 Maximum : $91,200.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
