Job descriptionRelocation Package Available! Acknowledge / greet / engaging of guests who enter they Pharmacy Area Maintain integrity of pharmacy operations within the legal framework provided by the State Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Public Safety & other governmental agencies in conjunction with the policy & procedure guidelines set forth by Albertsons Companies Assure completion / compliance of goals, tasks, standards, & other pharmacy related assignments Maintain open communication with pharmacy staff to ensure continued growth, development, education, & compliance with evolving pharmacy operations Oversee every aspect of the pharmacy operation including dispensing, counseling, scheduling & supervision of technicians, participation in clinical programs including immunization administration, inventory management and control Other duties as assigned by upper management Competitive Compensation Plan Outstanding Medical Coverage w / Dental & Vision Various Health Savings / Flexible Spending Accounts Relocation Package Available! Must reside in OR be willing to relocate to a daily commutable distance of either Midland, Muleshoe, Clyde, Abilene or San Angelo, TX. BS and / or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy with license in good standing Must have Retail Pharmacy experience Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy only required for Pharmacy Managers Excellent problem solving & management skills Basic accounting & computer skills Excellent oral & written communication skills Ability to bend, squat, lift, climb, stand & walk for 8-12 hr. shift Ability to function as a team member and work well with others Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, & attitude

The Staff Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager must either be located OR be willing to relocate to one of these areas to be considered for this opportunity.
