Job description

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining financial performance by controlling costs, managing budgets, and optimizing revenue.
  • Supervising and training staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Requirements :
