Locum Tenens Opportunity : Physician - Hospitalist Profession : Physician Specialty : Hospitalist State : Ohio Shift Details : Shift Schedule : 7 on / 7 off, 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm and 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am Weekend Requirements : Yes On-Call Requirements : None Requirements : Experience : Must have 2 years of recent experience EMR : EPIC Daily Census : 20-25 daily per team Nightly Admissions : Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and its early in the night) Physician Shifts : 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm (2 physicians) and 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am (1 physician) Daily encounters 10-15 APP Shifts : 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm (2 APPs) Daily encounters 7-10 Number of ICU Beds : 8 (OPEN ICU) Specialty Coverages : Cardiologist, Neurologist, OB, Pulmonology Procedures Required : Due to open ICU, hospitalists need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes. Additional Details : Med Surg Beds : 31 med surg beds / private rooms. Can double up if needed. Certification Requirements : Board Certified State License Requirements : Ohio Additional License Requirements : BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS COVID Vaccination : Required Procedural Logs : Required from every provider within the past 12 months (April 2023 Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents. During credentialing, please notate these are attainable.
