Key Responsibilities

Resident Care : Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.

Care Planning : Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ unique needs.

Clinical Expertise : Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.

Confidentiality : Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the State of New York.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
