Job descriptionCoordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air technicians Assign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availability Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates Monitor technicians' schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delays Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch system Work closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivity Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email Other duties as assigned Previous dispatching experience in the home services industry preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent
Dispatcher
Location : Albuquerque, NM Schedule : Monday-Friday + rotating weekends. Pay : $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience.
