What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and / or directing visitors as needed.

Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly as part of security-related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
