The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy civil construction and the ability to coordinate teams, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively manage project personnel, equipment, and overall progress to meet schedules and deadlines
• Read, understand, and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate, schedule, and order materials and supplies needed for ongoing projects
• Oversee job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure work is performed according to specifications
