Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoices utilizing a 2-way match

Contact department heads for approval of invoices when necessary

Accounts Payable Specialist will research and resolve discrepancies

Use Microsoft Excel to organize and input data

​ Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

Basic Excel knowledge

Prior accounts payable experience is required

Accounts Payable Specialist must be detail-oriented and a team player

Salary is $45,000-52,000
