Job Description

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst to provide first-level application and technical support for PowerPlan and other enterprise applications / security. PowerPlan is the primary application for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess solid technical knowledge of PowerPlan applications, excellent customer service skills, and strong general technical abilities.

Additional responsibilities include supporting Infor CloudSuite SaaS applications / security, SaaS budgeting systems, and supporting / developing reporting solutions.

Responsibilities will evolve over time as business and IT support needs change.
