Key Responsibilities

Supervises patient accounting operations to ensure timely and compliant billing processes

Implements improvements to billing systems and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations

Conducts employee training and performance management within the team

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a billing or accounts receivable department

Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA

Hands-on experience with patient billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
