Job Title : Treatment Nurse (RN / LVN / LPN)

Location : Onion Creek Nursing and Rehbilitation Austin, TX

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $27 hr- $32 hr

Shift : Monday through Friday 8a-5pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse (RN / LVN / LPN) who is ready to be part of the positive change in long-term care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide skin and wound care treatment based on physician orders and best practices
• Identify, manage, and treat skin conditions including :
• Pressure injuries / decubitus ulcers
• Skin abrasions, corns, calluses
• Bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections
• Scaling diseases and benign tumors
• Work collaboratively with physicians, care planning teams, residents, and families
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatments and care plans
• Participate in care conferences and clinical reviews
