The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. As a Field Specialist, you will need to be self-motivated, ethical, and coachable, and have strong computer skills. The ability to work well individually and meet set goals is essential for success in this role.

This is a 1099 position with a 100% commission uncapped pay structure.
