Job descriptionExperience in : Audio Visual Network Cabling / Infrastructure IT Solutions UC & Collaboration , or Optical Transport Ability to read and follow technical drawings and system schematics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with industry tools (cable testers, OTDR, fusion splicer, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to learn and cross-train across multiple technologies. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. Valid driver's license required; ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Overview
We are currently hiring Technicians with experience in :
- Installing, configure, and service audio visual systems (displays, projectors, conferencing systems).
- Support network infrastructure installations (cabling, racks, switches, patch panels, terminations).
- Assist with UC & Collaboration systems (VoIP, video conferencing, unified communication platforms).
- Work with engineers on system design implementation and provide field feedback.
- Deploy and troubleshoot IT solutions including end-user devices and networked systems.
- Install and support optical transport / WAN systems for enterprise and carrier-level clients.
- Perform testing, labeling, documentation, and ensure quality standards on all projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
