At Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) , we're committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals facing behavioral health challenges. We're currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team and help transform lives through expert psychiatric care.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
• Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders across the lifespan
• Collaborate closely with CMCS' outpatient counseling team to ensure integrated care
• Prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medications in accordance with the Collaborative Practice Agreement and state regulations
• Maintain timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and reports for agencies and funders
• Respond promptly to calls and emails-within 24 hours or sooner if clinically necessary
• Provide support to Provident's 24 / 7 crisis clinicians during client emergencies
