Job Title : Orthodontic Specialist Position Overview :

The Orthodontic Specialist plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the orthodontic department by providing exceptional patient service and ensuring efficient front-office workflow. This position involves but not limited to, managing patient communications, scheduling, insurance processing, and administrative duties, while also assisting in training and operational support across locations. The Orthodontic Specialist works collaboratively with the PSR, Orthodontic Assistants, TC, and Business Leader to promote a positive, team-oriented environment and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Experience & Front Office Operations

• Answer incoming calls, schedule consultations and appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules.
• Ensure a smooth flow of the daily schedule to optimize both patient satisfaction and provider efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for patients, ensuring timely communication and coordination of care.
