Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Swiss Lathe Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC Swiss-style lathes, a strong understanding of machining practices, and a commitment to producing high-quality components for industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and automotive.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets to maintain tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
