Job descriptionGrowth-oriented role with the goal of advancing into a Charge Nurse position through mentorship and leadership development The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Performs timely and targeted assessments of patients presenting complaints, ensuring alignment with defined triage guidelines Current North Dakota RN license or Multistate license required Candidates with ER or OR experience are strongly encouraged to apply BLS and ACLS Certification Experience small-town charm at its finest with friendly neighbors, low crime, and a welcoming, tight-knit community Endless outdoor adventure awaits — enjoy top-notch hunting, fishing, and access to beautiful lakes and trails right outside your door Perfectly positioned between Bismarck and Minot, giving you peaceful living with quick access to big-city amenities
