The purpose of the Wellbeing Strategist is to support and promote a holistic approach to wellbeing across the Clayton Homes organization and population. This should result in enhanced wellbeing of team members and their families, as well as contribute to overall benefits cost control and sustainability. The strategist will play a critical role in the creation of wellbeing programming, driving program visibility and acceptance throughout the organization. This strategist will be heavily involved in program creation, communication, marketing, outreach, program / population analysis, implementation, and evaluation of results. The strategist will support the overall strategic wellbeing initiatives and will function as part of a team to successfully deliver effective programs.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25-40% domestic travel required

Wellbeing Strategist Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in health promotion or related field preferred.
Years of Related Experience
Minimum two years of related experience required
