Overview

Stable construction service and installation company hiring a Billing and Accounts Payable Specialist. Candidates will excel in a FAST PACED environment!

Responsibilities

• Review timecards and analyze for proper billing
• Bill clients for work performed by service technicians
• Audit, review and enter proper coding from installed parts
• Heavy data entry of invoices with proper coding into system
• Process invoices for payment from service technician installations
