As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility. This role combines janitorial duties with basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of facility systems and equipment
• Operate small hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure with precision
• Assist with minor repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the facility
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members and take direction from supervisors
• Report issues promptly and contribute to problem-solving efforts
