Job Summary :

Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Cardiac Surgeon to join an established and growing employed practice, with coverage across Medical City Fort Worth, Medical City Alliance and Medical City North Hills serving the greater Fort Worth metroplex.

Qualified Candidates :

• Physician must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
• Eligibility for a Texas medical license is required
• We are open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates who are looking to join a dynamic, collaborative team
• Strong team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams including cardiology, anesthesia, critical care, and surgical services
• Coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacement
• Advanced programs include LVAD, TAVR, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, robotic thoracic surgery, aortic surgery, and ECMO
• Facilities include CVICU, two heart surgery rooms, dedicated perfusion services, two hybrid ORs, and robust EP and Cath lab support
• Position is based at Medical City Fort Worth, with coverage responsibilities across three Medical City hospitals within the Fort Worth metroplex
• Join an experienced team that includes two cardiothoracic surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Dedicated cardiac anesthesiology team
• Collaborative care model alongside 25+ Interventional Cardiologists
