Marketing Administrator

Location : Oxford, NC (Applicants outside of Oxford preferred)

Pay Rate : $19-24 hourly

Schedule : 3-5 days per week (potential to become a permanent full-time role at the beginning of the year)

Overview :

Seeking a creative and outgoing Marketing Administrator to support and enhance promotional efforts. This position plays a key role in building community engagement, strengthening relationships with local businesses, and promoting events and initiatives through digital and social media platforms.

Responsibilities :

Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns for city promotions and events.

Oversee social media channels, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.

Use Canva to design visually appealing promotional materials and graphics.

Collaborate with local businesses to promote events, offers, and community partnerships.

Serve as a friendly and professional liaison between the city and business owners.

Track marketing performance and suggest ways to improve visibility and engagement.

Qualifications :

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in Canva and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Outgoing personality with the ability to connect easily with others.

Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
