Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Programs to join their Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical pharmacy programs and manage affordability projects

Collaborate with various departments to communicate and assess business impacts

Design and implement clinical programs aimed at improving patient outcomes and reducing costs

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

4+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy operations for PBM or Payer

4+ years of experience in leading teams / projects and change management

Residency training is a plus

Experience with formulary management and clinical policy development is preferred
